General Policies
No food or drink is allowed in the facility (other than bottled water). Please silence all cell phone and/or other electronic devices. Backstage access is prohibited. After the event, please exit the theater promptly. The lobby will close 30 minutes following the event.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hillcrest Performing Arts Center).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
